AZ Pickleball Finder is operated by Equimedia Advisors LLC. These terms govern use of our directory, interest forms, and referral service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does

We help people discover pickleball courts, clubs, gyms, resorts, coaches, and playing opportunities. Browsing and submitting an interest request are free. We provide information and introductions; we do not operate the listed facilities or provide their coaching, memberships, accommodation, or court services.

The current pilot saves requests for review. Submitting a form does not make a reservation, buy a membership, confirm a coach, guarantee a response, or send your information to an operator automatically. We seek your separate approval before sharing your information with a named club or coach.

2. Directory listings, partnerships, and coverage

Listings are intended to offer an access route available to the public, either free or through paid admission, a reservation, an eligible membership, an approved guest visit, or a hotel stay. Publicly available does not mean unrestricted walk-in access. Capacity, age, residency, guest, registration, membership, and accommodation rules may apply.

We exclude private HOA and resident-only courts from the standard directory. We may consider one only after a request or permission from the authorized operator and verification of the access allowed. A request to list a court does not authorize entry. Any exception must clearly describe its access restrictions.

Some partners may pay us an affiliation or referral fee, or pay to be a featured partner. Paid relationships and featured placements are identified on the relevant listing or link. A listing alone does not imply a partnership. Payment may buy clearly labeled visibility; it does not establish quality, eligibility, or availability. Our directory includes 100 government-listed locations, with free-play evidence for 19. Our official-source search covers 92 cities and towns and all 15 Arizona counties. Fees that could not be established are clearly marked. See sources and coverage for the research log and dates checked.

3. Your agreement is with the operator

All agreements for memberships, lessons, court use, lodging, events, and purchases are solely between you and the relevant club, coach, hotel, or other operator. You and that operator are responsible for pricing, payment, renewals, cancellation, refunds, waivers, safety rules, performance, and disputes under your agreement. AZ Pickleball Finder is not a party to those agreements and cannot change or enforce them on your behalf.

Read the operator’s current terms before paying. Trial memberships may renew automatically. Confirm eligibility, all fees, cancellation deadlines, what a family or couple plan includes, and whether pickleball access is included.

4. Information and guarantees

Listings reflect the sources identified and the dates checked. Prices, hours, access, memberships, programs, photos, and offers can change. Some fields are marked unconfirmed or not published. Verify material details directly before traveling, booking, or joining.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of a listing, available court time, admission, an exclusive discount, an operator’s qualifications or performance, a playing partner, or any particular result. Inclusion, a logo, or a paid placement is not an endorsement, certification, or safety inspection. ZIP-based distances are approximate and are not driving distances.

Ask Spike is an AI guide that draws on the directory and Pickleball 101. Answers may be incomplete or mistaken. It does not monitor live availability, crowds, weather, or bookings, and cannot make reservations, process payments, or send referrals. Check sources and confirm important details with the operator. General safety information does not replace individual professional advice.

5. Using the service responsibly

You must be at least 18 to submit a form. Provide accurate information and submit only your own contact information or information you are authorized to provide. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful activity, interference with security, or unauthorized access. Do not submit payment-card details, medical information, or sensitive information about children.

Participation in sport involves risk. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you and following the operator’s rules. Contact the operator about accessibility, supervision, equipment, and safety requirements.

6. Photos, logos, and third-party services

Venue names, logos, and photographs belong to their respective owners and are used to identify listed locations. Source attribution does not imply ownership, endorsement, or a partnership. Do not assume you have permission to reuse those assets. Rights holders can contact us for correction or removal.

External booking, review, map, and operator sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or services.

7. Limits and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory and referral service are provided as available without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, Equimedia Advisors LLC is not responsible for losses caused by an independent operator, an agreement you make with one, unavailable services, or your reliance on outdated third-party information.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. These terms govern our service; they do not replace the operator’s agreement or determine either party’s legal responsibilities in a particular dispute.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, showing the revised date here. Material changes to how we share personal information will be reflected in our privacy notice and any required consent.
